How long does it take to get my data once I place an order? We aim to resolve orders within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays), most orders placed before 11am will be resolved the same day. We will contact you if there is a problem with your orderHow is my ordered data delivered? When you place an order you will either need to register or log-in (if you are an existing user), this enables us to associate your order to your account. When your data is ready you can download it via the 'My Account' tab. The data is held in a secure zip file with a unique password - the password is given to you via your account.If you have a problem downloading or unzipping your data let us know and we will find an alternative method for you to use. What is your refund policy? Our system is designed to be upfront, open and honest therefore reducing the chance of refunds. If you find the data is not what you ordered please use the complaints facility listed next to your order in 'My Accounts'. We will investigate your issue and respond within 48 hours with our conclusion, should there be reason for concern we will either refund you appropriately or replace the records that you had issues with.If you do not make us aware of a problem within 14 days of your order you may not be applicable for a refund. Where is your data housed? Is it not a security risk selling it online? Our data is held in a secure location on secure servers that are not directly connected to this website, offering piece of mind to the individuals in our data pool. We do not store any sensitive information online and only a handful of people are trusted with access to our secure facility. |
